Melbourne’s Vue de Monde is the first restaurant to win this honour two years in a row. Announced at a gala ball last week and published in the November issue of Australian Gourmet Traveller, AAP quotes Anthea Loucas, the magazine’s editor, “(Chef and co-owner) Shannon Bennett is the master of attention to detail and we love his theatrical approach to fine dining, the team at Vue de Monde thoroughly deserve this accolade.”
