At the driving school it’s your turn to get behind the wheel of a 450 horsepower V8 Super School car . Here you experience the thrill of driving six laps at your own pace. This will really get your adrenaline pumping!

Experience the thrills and adventure of the circus during this Flying Trapeze Circus Skills Workshop For Two in beautiful Byron Bay. Swing, leap and catch your way through a series of manoeuvres, all under the instruction of a professional trapeze artist, and feel your body and spirits soar!
If you’ve ever dreamed of running away with the circus, this is the place to start.
To begin the workshop, our friendly and professional trainers will take you through a thorough warm-up and give you a safety briefing. For the duration of your flying trapeze workshop they will be there to provide demonstration and assist you in performing a series of thrilling trapeze tricks!
Beginning on the low practice bar, you will learn a basic trapeze position. You are then fitted with your safety belt before progressing to the high flying trapeze to practice your basic trapeze position while swinging.
Once you have mastered this, you will experience the true thrills of the circus as you fly through the air, to be caught safely by a trained catcher at the other side.

The Yachting Multi Race Regatta is a very unique exercise in teamwork. Motivate your staff with a hands-on team-building experience on Sydney Harbour and set the winds of motivation, leadership and cooperation behind your sails. Yachting is also a great way to reward your staff and clients.
When you arrive for your Multi Race Regatta the participants are divided into teams and allocated to yachts which range in length from 33-38ft. After a short briefing on the wharf the teams board the yachts and receive another briefing from the skipper. The yachts then proceed to the starting area. Here there will be further instruction, this time on how to perform the crewing duties.
The Yachting Multi Race Regatta package includes three short windward races around both natural and laid marks on Sydney Harbour. The committee boat keeps score of each race and records details of position changes as the yachts race against each other.
This is an excellent team-orientated exercise with all hands-on deck and back-to-back races. After racing the results are given at the debrief back at the dock.

This is not a demonstration class. It’s important that YOU get the chance to do all the cooking – not the chef!
At the start of the class you’ll practice knife chopping skills, before being set loose in the kitchen.
With your chef close by to guide and inspire you, you’ll learn how to create stunning tapas to tantalise your guests, then deliver an amazing Spanish feast! You’ll learn the correct way to use some of Spain’s wonderful products, such as saffron, seafood, garlic, spicy chorizo and heady smoked paprika! And with one chef to each group of 8-13 people, you’ll be motivated and feeling kitchen-confident in no time!
So what’s on the menu?
We’ll start by learning some classic tapas, such as chorizo with white wine, garlic, chilli and parsley. This is easy to overcook, but easy to get right…once you know how! You’ll also learn how to prep and flash-fry baby calamari. Again, it’s the technique that makes this star ingredient shine.

Depending on your selection you might visit between five and seven wineries and visit regions such as The Macedon Ranges, Geelong, Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula. Our chauffeurs have a true interest in and knowledge of wine and we research each region thoroughly and regularly for new and emerging wines, eateries, accommodation and artisans.
Lunch is not included in the price so you are free to select an eatery of your choice. Melbourne’s wine regions have no shortage of fine eateries, most of which have good regional wine lists, excellent staff and fresh local product on the menu.
